A relaxing creek runs through the park and passes the beautiful 1850s Sunnyside Mansion. On the first weekend in May, Sevier Park Fest fills the park with two days of entertainment, arts-and-crafts vendors, and family-friendly activities. Sevier Park also hosts the annual 12 South Concert Series with live music from diverse acts. 12 South Farmers’ Market is held at Sevier Park each Tuesday afternoon from May through October. The market features vendors selling locally-grown produce, meats, dairy products, and baked goods. There are also food trucks and live music performances.
