The Lanes

A new 12‑acre development called The Lanes, located between Germantown and The Nations in North Nashville, is being introduced as the city’s first wellness‑focused residential community. Developed by local builders with a $95 million investment, the project will consist of 154 modern, design-forward homes starting in the high $600,000s, set amid integrated wellness programming and direct access to greenways. Move-ins are expected to begin in September 2025.

The Hoxton Hotel

Opening in 2027 in Nashville’s emerging Pie Town neighborhood, The Hoxton will offer a vibrant, community-focused hotel experience that reflects the city’s creative spirit. Belle Meade Village

This 780,000-square-foot mixed-use development will feature a vibrant blend of retail stores, restaurants, condominiums, and rental apartments, all within a thoughtfully designed, walkable community. Developers are planning a three-tower project named Park Place, located at 203 Peabody Street.

The development will include a 245-room, five-star hotel featuring an 18,000-square-foot Equinox Club and spa, a rooftop pool and lounge, and a range of exclusive amenities for residents. It will also comprise 239 luxury condominiums and a 480-unit apartment tower.

Additional features include a 962-space underground parking garage and 50,000 square feet of public parks and open space.

The Emory

Southwest Value Partners and Streetlights Residential have launched condominium sales at The Emory, a 35-story tower at Nashville Yards. This follows the leasing of its 34-story sister tower, The Everett. Together, they make up the first two residential towers in the 19-acre mixed-use district, offering a combined 650 residences.

Albion Music Row

Designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, Albion Music Row will offer a vibrant outdoor plaza, podcasting studio, social and coworking spaces, a top-tier fitness facility, and a resort-style rooftop pool with a DJ booth. Retail and restaurant spaces will surround a half-acre public green space featuring art, a performance stage, and a lawn for music events. Albion Music Row is the second major project by Albion Residential, following the successful 2023 launch of Albion in the Gulch, a $140 million tower with 415 rental units. Albion also completed a renovation of student housing into Albion Murfreesboro.

The Residences At The Margin District

The Residences at The Margin District offer 25 spacious units, ranging from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet, featuring sophisticated design, thoughtfully planned layouts, and high-end finishes. Each home includes a private outdoor terrace, two secure parking spaces in a gated garage, and approximately 100 square feet of onsite storage. Elevators provide direct access to the third-floor homeowner level, and additional amenities support a lock-and-leave lifestyle. Initial reservations start at just over $2 million, with homes expected to be delivered in 2027.

The Residences At The Margin District

The Pinnacle

At a standing-room capacity of 4,500 people, The Pinnacle is a need in Nashville’s live entertainment landscape. It fits snugly between the nearby Bridgestone Arena – which regularly draws 15,000+ for large-scale shows – and the historic Ryman Auditorium, which fits about 2,300 seated ticket-buyers. The Grand Ole Opry House holds 4,400 people, but can’t accommodate standing-room tours, a commonplace in genres like EDM and hip-hop.

The Pinnacle offers a space in Nashville for artists who can sell a few thousand tickets without needing to fill an arena. Before the room opened, arguably the best chance for locals to catch acts like EDM duo Zeds Dead or rapper Denzel Curry was at Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, an annual event about 60 miles southeast of Nashville.
