Ashwood 12 South

Ashwood 12 South

The Ashwood development, strategically positioned at the gateway to Nashville's renowned 12 South commercial district, is poised to become a vibrant new entrance to the area. This mixed-use development encompasses retail spaces, restaurants, and office environments, all thoughtfully designed around a central courtyard that invites moments of discovery and exploration. The scale of the structures is carefully considered to complement the surrounding context—smaller buildings near the road give way to taller ones that form a subtle backdrop. The material palette has been thoughtfully chosen to honor both the historic character of the area and Nashville's evolving urban landscape. Designed with the community in mind, the development introduces a significant amount of new public space, extending beyond the street and automobile realm. We envision this project as a model for neighborhood inclusion and collaboration, setting a precedent for more pedestrian-friendly spaces as our city continues to grow.

The Pinnacle

The Pinnacle

At a standing-room capacity of 4,500 people, The Pinnacle is a need in Nashville’s live entertainment landscape. It fits snugly between the nearby Bridgestone Arena – which regularly draws 15,000+ for large-scale shows – and the historic Ryman Auditorium, which fits about 2,300 seated ticket-buyers. The Grand Ole Opry House holds 4,400 people, but can’t accommodate standing-room tours, a commonplace in genres like EDM and hip-hop.

The Pinnacle offers a space in Nashville for artists who can sell a few thousand tickets without needing to fill an arena. Before the room opened, arguably the best chance for locals to catch acts like EDM duo Zeds Dead or rapper Denzel Curry was at Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, an annual event about 60 miles southeast of Nashville.
